Tuff Dogs 4 BAA 1

Tuff Dogs sent out a powerful message to the rest of the Corona League with this convincing victory over BAA in a top-of-the-table clash.

Lamual Crofton and Yuseff Pitt both scored two apiece while Adam Shaw netted for BAA.

After a goalless first half it was BAA skipper Shaw who opened the scoring in the 55th minute with a low finish from 12 yards.

But after that it was all downhill for the Greens.

Dogs equalised just five minutes later when a crossfield pass was controlled and volleyed home by Crofton.

Dogs then went ahead within minutes as BAA failed to pick up Crofton after a long punt upfield allowed the striker to go one on one and lob the BAA ‘keeper from 18 yards.

BAA reshuffled the pack as they went looking for an equaliser but Tuff Dogs took full advantage of their gaps in the back as Pitt grabbed two late goals to take all three points and a share of top spot.
